An Act to amend the Zambia Tanzania Pipeline Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enactment
This Act may be cited as the Zambia Tanzania Pipeline Short title
(Amendment) Act, 2009, and shall he read as one with the Zambia
Tanzania Pipeline, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. Cap. 455
The principal Act is amended by the insertion immediately Insertion of
after section eleven of the following new section: new section
I IA
11A (1) Where any judgment order has been obtained Immunity
against the Company, no execution, attachment, or process from
execution of
of any nature, shall be issued against the Company or against judgments

Single copies of this Act may be obtaineiLfrom the Government Printer,
P.O. Box 30136, 10101 Lusaka. Price K1,000 each
(2) Notwithstanding sub-section (1), the Company shall
cause to be paid out of its revenues such amount as may, by
the judgment order, be awarded against the Company to the
person entitled to such amount.
