An Act to amend the Tropical Diseases Research
Centre Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Tropical Diseases Research
Centre (Amendment) Act, 2021, and shall be read as one with the
Tropical Diseases Research Centre Act, in this Act referred to as
the principal Act.
2. Section 5(1) of the principal Act is amended by the deletion
of paragraph (b) and the substitution therefor of the following:
(b) a representative of the provincial administration in which
the Centre is located;.
