Supplementary Appropriation (2025) [No. 9 of 2025 163
An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the
Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of
the Republic during the financial year ending 31st
December, 2025, not exceeding in the aggregate thirty-
three billion, five hundred seventy-seven million, one
hundred twenty-five thousand, nine hundred and sixty-
six kwacha. [19th August, 2025
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(2025) Act, 2025. 2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President,
there may be expended from the Consolidated Fund, such monies
not exceeding in the aggregate thirty-three billion, five hundred
seventy-seven million, one hundred twenty-five thousand, nine
hundred and sixty-six kwacha indicated in respect of the services
of the Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule, being
expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated for the services
of the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December,
