Short title
An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the
Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of
the Republic during the financial year ending 31st
December, 2021, not exceeding in the aggregate nineteen
billion, six hundred thirty two million, eight hundred sixty-
two thousand, one hundred thirty-four kwacha. [30th December, 2021
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(2021) Act, 2021. 2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, there
may be expended from the Consolidated Fund, such monies not
exceeding in the aggregate nineteen billion, six hundred thirty-two
million, eight hundred sixty- two thousand, one hundred thirty-four
kwacha indicated in respect of the services of the Republic specified
in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of
the monies appropriated for the services of the Republic during the
financial year ending on 31st December, 2021. Supplementary
