An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of moneys
aggregating one trillion, two hundred and seventy-four
billion, six hundred and fifty-four million, ninety-seven
thousand, two hundred and fourty-one kwacha required
for the services of the Republic during the financial year
ended on 31st December, 2008.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enactment
This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Title
(2008) Act, 2010.
(1) On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, it Appropriation
is hereby confirmed that there was expended from the general
revenues of the Republic, such moneys indicated in respect of the
services of the Republic specified in the third column of the
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated
for the services of the Republic by the Aprropriation Act, 2008.
