GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA
ACT
No. 23 of 1997
Date of Assent: 11th November, 1997
An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of moneys
aggregating thirty-five billion, three hundred and thirty-two
million, five hundred and fifty-four thousand and two kwacha
required for the services of the Republic during the financial
year ended on 31st December, 1994.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enactment
1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Short title
(1994) Act, 1997.
2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, it is Supplementary
hereby confirmed that, there was expended from the general appropriation
revenues of the Republic such moneys indicated in respect of the
services of the Republic specified in the third column of the
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated
for the services of the Republic by the Appropriation Act, 1994. Act No. 5 of 1994
