The Skills Development Levy (Amendment)

An Act to amend the Skills Development Levy Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Skills Development Levy
(Amendment) Act, 2017, and shall be read as one with the Skills
Development Levy Act, 2016, in this Act referred to as the principal
Act.
(2) This Act is deemed to have come into operation on 27th
December, 2016.
2. Section 6 (1)(c) of the principal Act is amended by the
insertion of the word “income” immediately after the word “from.”
