The National Institute of Public Administration (Amendment) Act, 2021

An Act to amend the National Institute of Public
Administration Act, 1998.
[24th March, 2021
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the National Institute of Public
Administration (Amendment) Act, 2021, and shall be read as one
with the National Institute of Public Administration Act, 1998, in
this Act referred to as the principal Act.
2. Section 5(1) of the principal Act is amended by the deletion
of paragraph (a) and the substitution therefor of the following:
(a) a representative of the Public Service Management
Division, Cabinet Office;.
3. Section 23(3) of the principal Act is amended by the deletion
of paragraph (a) and the substitution therefor of the following:
(a) a representative of the ministry responsible for labour
and social security;.
