The National Heritage Conservation Commission (Amendment) Act, 2021

An Act to amend the National Heritage Conservation
Commission Act.
[24th March, 2021
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the National Heritage
Conservation Commission (Amendment) Act, 2021, and shall be
read as one with the National Heritage Conservation Commission
Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.
2. Section 5(1) of the principal Act is amended by the deletion
of paragraph (b) and the substitution therefor of the following:
(b) a representative of the ministry responsible for heritage;.
