An Act to repeal the Medical Levy Act, 2003.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.

1.  (1)  This Act may be cited as the Medical Levy (Repeal)     Enactment
Act, 2012.                                                             Short title and
                                                                             commencement
    (2)  This Act shall come into operation on 1st January, 2013.

2.  The Medical Levy Act, 2003, is hereby repealed.         Repeal of
                                                                            Act No. 6
                                                                            of 2003
