An Act to amend the Legal Practitioners Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.                                                       Enactment

1.   This Act may be cited as the Legal Practitioners                     Short title
(Amendment) Act, 2014, and shall be read as one with the Legal             Cap. 30
Practitioners Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

2.   Section fifty-two of the principal Act is amended by—             Amendment
     (a) the deletion of paragraph (e); and                                   of section 52
     (b) the renumbering of paragraphs (f), (g), (h), (i), (j) and 
           (k) as paragraphs (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) and (j)
           respectively.
