An Act to amend the Judiciary Administration Act, 2016.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Judiciary Administration
(Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with the Judiciary
Administration Act, 2016, in this Act referred to as the principal
Act.
2. Section 23 (2) of the principal Act is amended by the
deletion of paragraph (g).
