                      An Act to amend the Fees and Fines Act.

                         [19th December, 2013

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia

1.  This Act may be cited as the Fees and Fines (Amendment)            Short title
Act, 2013, and shall be read as one with the Fees and Fines Act, in    Cap. 45
this Act referred to as the principal Act.

2.  The principal Act is amended by the insertion, immediately         Insertion of

    9.   The Minister may, by statutory instrument, make               Regulations

       (a) the value of a fee or penalty unit; and

       (b) the methods and formulae for the conversion of fees
           and penalty units.
