GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA
ACT
No. 23 of 2010
Date of Assent: 14th August, 2010
An Act to approve the excess expenditure of moneys
aggregating two billion, seven hundred and seventy-one
million, nine hundred and sixty-one thousand, nine
hundred and eighty-four kwacha required for the services
of the Republic during the financial year ended on 31st
December, 2007.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enactment
1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Short title
Appropriation (2007) Act, 2010.
2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the Excess
financial year which ended on 31st December, 2007, of the moneys expenditure
indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the approval
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated
for the services by the Appropriation Act, 2007, and the Act No. 9 of
Supplementary Appropriation (2007) Act, 2009, is hereby approved. 2007
