The Excess Expenditure Appropriation

An Act to approve the excess expenditure of monies
aggregating seven billion, four hundred and three million,
seven hundred thousand kwacha. [27th December, 2016
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure
Appropriation Act, 2016. 2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the
financial year ending on 31st December, 2016, of the monies
indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the
Schedule being expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated
for the services by the Appropriation Act, 2015, Supplementary
Appropriation Act, 2016 and Supplementary Appropriation (2016)
Act, 2016, is approved. SCHEDULE
