The Examination Council of Zambia (Amendment) Act, 2021

An Act to amend the Examinations Council of Zambia Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Examinations Council of
Zambia (Amendment) Act, 2021, and shall be read as one with the
Examinations Council of Zambia Act, in this Act referred to as
the principal Act.
2. Section 5(1) of the principal Act is amended by the deletion
of paragraphs (b) and (c) and the substitution therefor of the
following:
(b) a representative of the ministry responsible for general
education; and
(c) a representative of the ministry responsible for higher
education;.
