An Act to amend the Companies (Certificates
Validation) Act
16th April, 2010
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enactment
This Act may be cited as the Companies (Certificates Short title
Validation) (Amendment) Act, 2010, and shall be read as one with
the Companies (Certificates Validation) Act, in this Act referred to Cap.414
as the principal Act.
Section two of the principal Act is amended by the deletion Amendment
of the definition of "Registrar" and the substitution therefor of the of section 2
following:
" Registrar " means the person appointed as Registrar under
section fourteen of the Patents and Companies Registration Act No. 15
Agency Act 2010;. of 2010
