Appropriation [No. 53 of 2021 705 An Act to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December 2022, not exceeding in the aggregate one hundred and seventy-two billion, nine hundred and eighty-seven million, seventy- seven thousand, five hundred and thirty-five kwacha. [30th December, 2021 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 2021. 2. (1) On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, there may be expended from the Consolidated Fund, such monies, not exceeding in the aggregate one hundred and seventy-two billion, nine hundred and eighty-seven million, seventy-seven thousand, five hundred and thirty-five kwacha as may be required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December, 2022.
