An Act to prescribe the number of Supreme Court judges and of puisne judges of
the High Court.
[29th July, 1988]
1. This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court and High Court (Number of
Judges) Act.
Short title

The Laws of Zambia

2. There shall be nine judges of the Supreme Court, including the Chief Justice and
the Deputy Chief Justice.
