Supplementay Appropriation (2013)

An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of
monies aggregating four billion, one hundred and
seventy-two million, five hundred and forty-eight
thousand, five hundred and sixty-eight kwacha required
for the services of the Republic during the financial year
ended on 31 st December, 2013.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary
Appropriation (2013) Act, 2015.
2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, it
is confirmed that there was expended from the general revenues
of the Republic such monies indicated in respect of the services
of the Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule, being
expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated for the services
of the Republic by the Appropriation Act, 2012.
