Short title
An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the
Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of
the Republic during the financial year ending 31st
December, 2024, not exceeding in the aggregate eleven
billion, seven hundred and sixty-five million, five hundred
and twenty-six thousand, and four hundred and eighty-
five kwacha. [ 26th December, 2024
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(2024) (No. 2) Act, 2024. 2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President,
there may be expended from the Consolidated Fund, such monies
not exceeding in the aggregate eleven billion, seven hundred and
sixty-five million, five hundred and twenty-six thousand, and four
hundred and eighty-five kwacha indicated in respect of the services
of the Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule, being
expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated for the services
of the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December,
