An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of monies
aggregating two billion, seven hundred and fifty-five
million, six hundred and forty thousand, nine hundred and
fifty-four kwacha required for the services of the Republic
during the financial year ended on 31st December, 2012.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enactment
1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Short title
(20 12) Act, 2014.
Z. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, it is Supplemenlaly
confirmed that there was expended from the general revenues of Appropriation
the Republic such monies indicated in respect of the services of
the Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule, being
expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated for the services
of the Republic by the Appropriation Act, 2012. Act No. 16 of
