An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of moneys
aggregating three hundred and thirty-one billion, one
hundred and forty three million, two hundred and thirty-
four thousand, eight hundred and ninety-one Kwacha
required for the services of the Republic during the
financial year ended on 31st December, 2006.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(2006) Act, 2008.
2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, it is
hereby confirmed that there was expended from the general revenues
of the Republic, such moneys indicated in respect of the services of
the Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule, being
expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services of
the Republic by the Appropriation Act, 2006.
