An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of moneys
aggregating three hundred fifty-one billion, one hundred
forty-one million, one hundred thirty-one thousand, one
hundred and thirty-nine kwacha required for the services
of the Republic during the financial year ended 31st
December, 2003.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(2003) Act, 2005.
2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, it is
hereby confirmed that there was expended from the general
revenues of the Republic such moneys, in respect of the services
of the Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule, being
expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services
of the Republic by the Appropriation Act, 2003.

P.O. Box 30136, 10101 Lusaka. Price K1500 each
