An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of moneys
aggregating one hundred and sixty-nine billion, two hundred
and eighty-three million, three hundred and nineteen thousand
three hundred and fifty- nine kwacha required for the services
of the Republic during the financial year ended on 3 1 s t
December, 1999.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(1999) Act, 2002.
2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, it is hereby
confirmed that, there was expended from the general revenues of the
Republic such moneys indicated in respect of the services of the
Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule, being
expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated, for the services of
the Republic, by the Appropriation Act, 1999.
