Supplementary Appropriation [No. 21 of 2017 681
An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the
general revenues of the Republic of monies required for
the services of the Republic during the financial year
ending 31st December 2017, not exceeding in the
aggregate one billion, eight hundred and seventy-eight
million, seven hundred and ninety thousand and twenty-
six kwacha. [22nd December, 2017
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(2017) Act, 2017. 2. On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, there
may be expended from the general revenues of the Republic, such
monies not exceeding in the aggregate one billion, eight hundred
and seventy-eight million, seven hundred and ninety thousand and
twenty-six kwacha indicated in respect of the services of the
Republic specified in the third column of the Schedule being
expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated for the services
of the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December,
