Skills Development Levy (Amendment), 2020

An Act to amend the Skills Development Levy Act, 2016.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Skills Development Levy
(Amendment) Act, 2020, and shall be read as one with the Skills
Development Levy Act, 2016, in this Act referred to as the principal
Act.
2. Section 4 of the principal Act is amended by the deletion
of subsection (3) and the substitution therefor of the following:
(3) A levy payable by an employer shall not be
deducted from the emoluments of an employee.
