ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enacument
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Mineral Royalty (Repeal) short title
Act, 1997, and shall come into operation on 1st April, 1997. commence-
ment
2. The Mineral Royalty Act is hereby repealed. Repeal of
Cap. 215
