An Act to amend the High Court Act
[31st December, 2002
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the High Court (Amendment) Act, Short title
2002, and shall be read as one with the High Court Act, in this Act Cap. 27
referred to as the principal Act.
(a) the deletion of the full stop at the end of the section and the
substitution therefor of a colon; and
(b) the insertion after the section of the following new proviso:
Provided that the Civil Court Practice 1999 (The
Green Book) of England or any other civil court practice
rules issued after 1999 in England shall not apply to
Zambia unless they relate to matrimonial causes.
