Excess Expenditure Appropriation (2013) [No. 37 of 2016 781
An Act to approve the excess expenditure of monies aggregating
five hundred and seventy-three thousand, six hundred and
thirty-five kwacha.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure
Appropriation (2013) Act, 2016.
2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the
financial year which ended on 31st December, 2013, of the monies
indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated
for the services by the Appropriation Act, 2013, and the
Supplementary Appropriation (2013) Act, 2015, is approved.
