An Act to approve the excess expenditure of the moneys
aggregating sixty-eight billion, three hundred and eight
million, forty-four thousand, five hundred and seventy-
seven kwacha required for the services of the Republic
during the financial year ended 31st December, 2003.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure
Appropriation (2003) Act, 2006.
2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during
the financial year ended on 31st December, 2003, of the moneys
indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated
for services by the Appropriation Act, 2003, and the Supplementary
Appropriation (2003) Act, 2005, is hereby approved.
