An Act to approve the excess expenditure of the moneys
aggregating forty-five billion four hundred and eighty-one
million one hundred and eighty-seven thousand seven
hundred and sixty five Kwacha required for the services
of the Republic during the financial year ended 31st
December, 2002.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure
Appropriation (2002) Act, 2005.
Enactment
Short Title
2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during
the financial year ended on the 31 st December, 2002, of the moneys
indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the money appropriated
for services by the Appropriation Act, 2002 and Supplementary
Appropriation (2002) Act, 2004, is hereby approved.
