An Act to approve the excess expenditure of the moneys
aggregating sixty-eight billion, two hundred fifty-one
million, one hundred twenty three thousand, five hundred
and fifty-three kwacha required for the services of the
Republic during the financial year ended 31st December,
2000.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Excess E x p e n d i t u r e
Appropriation (2000) Act, 2004.
2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the
financial year ended on 31st December, 2000, of the moneys
indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated
for services by the Appropriation Act, 2000 and the Supplementary
Appropriation (2000) Act, 2002, is hereby approved.
