An Act to approve the excess expenditure of the moneys
aggregating fifty-five billion, sixty-six million, forty-seven
thousand, three hundred and eighty-three Kwacha required
for the services of the Republic during the financial year
en ded 31 st December, 1999.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Appropriation
(1999) Act, 2004.
2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the
financial year ended on 31st December, 1999, of the moneys
indicated in respect of the services in the. third column of the
Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated
for services by the Appropriation Act, 1999 and the Supplementary
Appropriation (1999) Act, 2002, is hereby approved.
