An Act to amend the English Law (Extent of Application)
Act

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the English Law (Extent of
Application) (Amendment) Act, 2002, and shall be read as one
with the English Law (Extent of Application) Act, in this Act
referred to as the principal Act.
2. The principal Act is amended in section two by—
(a) the insertion, at the end of paragraph (d) of the word
" and "
(b) the insertion after paragraph (d) of the following new
paragraph:
(e) the Supreme Court Practice Rules of England
in force until 1999:
Provided that the Civil Court Practice
1999 (The Green Book) of England or any
other civil court practice rules issued after
1999 in England shall not apply to Zambia
except in matrimonial causes.
