Employment (Amendment)

An Act to amend the Employment Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Employment (Amendment)
Act, 2017, and shall be read as one with the Employment Act, in
this Act referred to as the principal Act.
(2) This Act shall come into operation on 1st January, 2018.
2. Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by the insertion
of the following subsection immediately after subsection (2):
(3) A person who contravens this section commits an
offence.
