PRESERVATION OF AMENITIES ACT. ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS. Section 1. Interpretation. 2. Power of local authority to remedy unsightly premises. CHAPTER 244 PRESERVATION OF AMENITIES ACT. Commencement : 23 November, 1950. An Act to provide for the preservation of the amenities of municipalities and towns. 1. Interpretation.
