Variation of charges. CHAPTER 353 AIRPORT SERVICE CHARGES ACT. Commencement : 9 April, 1965. An Act to impose a service charge upon passengers embarking upon aircraft at airports. 1. Interpretation. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, "Minister" includes any person authorised by regulations made under this Act for the collection of airport service charges. 2.
