PRESCRIPTION OF FORM OF CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 142(2)
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 142 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the
Governor has been pleased to prescribe the form of certificate set out in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of
the said sub-section.
