ROAD (VEHICLE USE) FEE ACT, 19982
AN ACT to provide for the imposition of fees for the use of vehicles on roads to gen
erate funds for the routine and periodic maintenance of the roads and to provide
for related purposes.
1. NOTE: This Act, with the exception of the Schedule was repealed by subsection (1) of section 135 of the
Road Traffic Act, 2004 (Act 683).
2. This Act was assented to on 18th December, 1998. It has been repealed by section 135 (1) of the Road
Traffic Act, 2004 (Act 683) except the Schedule.
