NATIONAL RECONSTRUCTION LEVY (REPEAL) ACT, 2007
AN ACT to repeal the National Reconstruction Levy Act, 2001 (Act 597).
DATE OF ASSENT: 5th April, 2007.
ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:
Section 1—Act 597 repealed
The National Reconstruction Levy Act, 2001 (Act 597) is repealed.
Section 2—Commencement
This Act shall come into force on 1st January 2007.
Date of Gazette Notification: 13th April, 2007.
