OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA
ENTITLED
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008
AN ACT to amend the Financial Administration Act, 2003 (Act 654) to provide for a
Financial Administration Court and to provide for related matters.

Section 1—Arrangement of sections amended
The arrangement of sections of the Financial Administration Act, 2003 (Act 654) is amended
by the substitution of "Court" for "Tribunal" in the heading of Part VIII.

Section 66 (1) of Act 654 is hereby deleted.
Section 3—Section 67 of Act 654 amended
Section 67 of Act 654 is amended by the substitution for "Tribunal" of "Court" and wherever
"Tribunal" appears in the Act.
Section 4—Section 68 of Act 654 deleted
Section 68 of Act 654 is hereby deleted.
Section 5—Section 69 of Act 654 amended
Section 69 of Act 654 is amended by the substitution for "Tribunal" of "Court" wherever it
appears.
Section 6—Section 70 of Act 654 amended
Section 70 of Act 654 is hereby deleted.
Section 7—Section 74 of Act 654 amended
Section 74 of Act 654 is amended by the insertion of the definition of "Court" after the
definition of "Controller and Accountant-General"
"Court" means the Financial Administration Court."
